AWN reports that The National Board of Review has picked their “best of” list for 2008 and among the winners are two animated movies, including: “Wall-e” for Best Animated Feature and “Waltz with Bashir” as one of five Top Foreign Language Films. Wall-e was also named one of the Top Ten Films of the year.
