Henry Selick, director of “Coraline,” “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and “James and the Giant Peach,” will be making his way back to Disney, setting up shop at Pixar’s studio in Emeryville, CA.
Selick plans to write and direct original features along with adapting books. While he may be set up at Pixar, his films will continue to be produced as stop-motion animation.
No word on whether or not the films will be released under the Disney or Pixar name.
