Synopsis: Orphans Seita and Setsuko fight for survival in post-World War II Japan. But society is harsh, and they come to the somber conclusion that they can neither escape the hardships of war nor find enough food to survive.

Grave of the Fireflies (1988) is written and directed by Isao Takahata, the co-founder of Studio Ghibli. It’s based on the 1967 semi-autobiographical short story by Akiyuki Nosaka.

Netflix Hypes Up ‘Exploding Kittens’ With A New Trailer Full Of Mayhem and Destruction

Release date: July 12, 2024 on Netflix.

Synopsis: Earth sucks, so God gets fired and sent to Earth to reconnect with humanity. The catch? He’s trapped in the body of a chubby house cat.

As part of his rehabilitation, he moves in with a dysfunctional family and tries to solve their problems, but ends up spending a lot of time chasing laser pointers.

And to top it off, Godcat’s next-door neighbor, who is also a cat, turns out to be none other than his nemesis, the Antichrist.

Based on the best-selling card game, Exploding Kittens is an animated comedy series from Shane Kosakowski and Matthew Inman (co-creator of the card game). The series is also executive produced by Mike Judge (King of the Hill) and Greg Daniels (The Office).
